Headliners are now set. June 28th, Friday night is Honeymoon Suite; June 29th, Saturday night we have Barracuda (Heart tribute) opening for Sweet; on June 30th, Sunday is Julian Austin opening for Aaron Pritchett; and finally, to celebrate Canada Day, Theory of a Deadman and Big Wreck take the A&W stage.

There are three ways to get your 2013 A&W Funtastic Music Festival tickets:  

You can buy them at Vernon A&W Restaurants

 Or, for your convenience- through Ticket Seller.

Or, you can buy through Funtastic-  Music Festival Tickets

You can order your tickets now and then pick them up while the gates are open during the festival. You must 19 or older to enter the music festival area.

The festival is located 2 km south of Vernon on Hwy 97.

The A&W Funtastic Music Festival continues to get better with age, and this year the festival will celebrate its 29^th birthday June 28-July 1, 2013.

The A&W Funtastic Music Festival is a throwback with its open air festival seating (standing) for all general admission ticket holders. That means everyone at Funtastic has equal opportunity to get up to the front of the stage or just hang back to get the full festival effect.

General public tickets are on sale at Vernon A&W Restaurants now.  The north and mall locations accept debit; the Fruit Union location does not and you will need to pay cash for the music passes. Friday, Saturday or Sunday tickets are $25 each per day; special 3-day weekend pass is $50. Canada Day, July 1st is $30 each for early bird pricing ( to June 20th) or $40 each after June 21st.

Playoffs for Capri, Sunshine, Electric Paper and Westjet Divisions start on Sunday June 30th, all other divisions start on Monday July 1st. Check in at the scoreboards for times of playoffs in your division. 

When you check in to pick up your team package at the Registration Desk you will get your pre-ordered wristbands or can buy up to 18 team wristbands at $25 each. This gets you access when the beer gardens are open from 2pm on Friday through Monday 5pm.

Players will need a Monday wristband for the Theory of a Deadman and Big Wreck concert.  You can buy these at the early bird price of $30 when you check in and register as well.

We have the Combat Sports Home Run Derby you can sign up for as well when you check in. The derby is Saturday, June 30th from 11:45am until 3:30pm. Make sure if you register that it doesn't conflict when you are playing a game.

Canada's Greatest Slo-Pitch Tournament & Music Festival

Each year the Funtastic Sports Society hosts Canada's largest slo-pitch tournament and music festival. As a non-profit organization, all funds raised by Funtastic are used to support sport and recreation in the community. 

About Us

Since 1985, the Vernon and District Funtastic Sports Society has been working to help make our community a great best place to live, learn, work and play. As a result of hosting the annual fundraiser- Funtastic, the society has been able to contribute more than $1.5 million back to the community.

We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of residents by advocating for active lifestyles, the opportunity to enjoy all sports, partnering with and funding community initiatives and fostering athletic participation.

We don't do this alone. While we are a non-profit BC registered organization, we do not receive any government funding. Instead we host an annual fundraiser- Canada's largest slo-pitch tournament and music festival and we're supported by an amazing group of individuals - our 525 volunteers. Each year the Funtastic event brings approximately $4.5 million in direct economic benefit to the local business community.

We thank our many partners including 120 local business sponsors, local government agencies and local community groups who help us each year host the Funtastic Sport & Music Festival.

The Funtastic Slo-Pitch & Music Festival application for vendors is now closed. Funtastic has a limited number of vendor vacancies each year. Many of our vendors return year after year causing us to have a very low turnover rate. Please contact the office if you would like more information or questions answered on how you can become a vendor in 2014.

Volunteers... Want to volunteer? Come on board and join us in hosting the biggest sports event in the Okanagan valley.
