Funtastic 2013 will be Friday June 28th to Monday July 1st, 2013. Registration is easy; either use the the online registration link above, or if you prefer, please use the registration form below.

Funtastic is a mixed slo-pitch tournament, 5 men – 5 women on the field at all times. In Vernon we run 2 different co-ed tournaments at the same time: a guaranteed 4 Game tournament and a guaranteed 6 Game tournament. Within each tournament we try to group teams based on their ability. Because of the nature of Funtastic, costumes are encouraged and rewarded. There are about 60 costume teams each year. Prizes will be given to best-costumed teams as well as most sportsmanlike teams. We of course still give prizes to the teams that win their division.

Register:
We make it easy. You can pay through PayPal for both your registration and music wristbands online at the time you register. You can register and pay on-line (click on the registration link). If you prefer to register by mail/fax simply fill out this form and send it to us along with payment. (Please note your registration is not secure until we receive payment in full) To register by mail, please click on the link below to download a printable version of the registration form. If you need to cancel, a $100 cancellation fee applies to any cancellations before June 1st, after June 1st registration fees are non-refundable.

Prizes will be awarded Sunday at 4:30 in the Okanagan Spring Gardens
Rules:
Funtastic is a mixed slo-pitch tournament, 5 men – 5 women on the field at all times. The minimum age for players is 16. The minimum age to enter the Okanagan Spring Gardens is 19.
Tournament Times:
6 Game Tournament – 50% of the teams will start Friday June 28th (starting at 5:15pm ) and 50% will start Saturday June 29th (starting at 8am ). The first teams to register will receive a choice as to when they would like to play.
4 Game Tournament – We have 3 divisions starting on Friday June 28th and with playoffs on Sunday June 30th and 2 divisions starting Saturday June 29th with playoffs on Monday July 1st.
Pre-Purchasing Wristbands:
Teams may purchase up to 18 wristbands at special team pricing of $25 each, in advance or when you check in and register. If you need more than 18, wristbands are available at the early bird retail price of $40 each for the entire weekend. You will be able to purchase/return a couple of wristbands at the time of picking up your team packages.
For the Super Canada Day Concert on Monday July 1st, with Theory of a Deadman and Big Wreck, team managers will be able to reserve tickets for their players and pay for them when they pick up the team package. The price is $30 each and you can reserve these and pay when you pick up your team package.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU WANT WRISTBANDS, YOU CAN PURCHASE THE WRISTBANDS WHEN YOU REGISTER ONLINE OR WHEN YOU CHECK-IN YOUR TEAM AT THE REGISTRATION BOOTH.

Remember:
Your Team is NOT on the schedule until your entry is paid in full. We will hold your registration for 72 hours until payment is received. Please contact our offices if you have any questions on registration and/or wristband payment.

Important:
Make sure to review your registration form to ensure it is properly filled out and make sure all your info is correct. Funtastic is a First-come, First-serve basis. Teams will be registered and scheduled immediately through our online program.
