Community Grant Application

The Funtastic Sports Society accepts written requests for funding via drop off, mail or email Submissions will be accepted until 5:00pm, end of business day on May 31, 2019 Mailed submissions must be postmarked no later than May 27, 2019.

Final reviews from the Community Grant Committee will be made in mid June 2019 and applications will be considered as funds permit. Grants will be awarded at a presentation ceremony during the Funtastic Slo-Pitch Tournament and Music Festival.

    The Funtastic Sports Society requirements state that all projects must be completed and reported on within 12 months of receipt of the funds. Successful applicants will receive an accountability report for completion and final reporting.
