The Funtastic Sports Society’s Slo-Pitch and Music Festival is the largest of its kind in Canada, drawing in over 30,000 attendees over 4 days. The merchant vendor area is prominently located on the main site and is a busy and popular part of the festival.
Merchant vendor fees for 2024 are $500 for the 4 day event.
We encourage you to bring your own tables and chairs, but Funtastic can provide these for you if requested in advance.
Only approved vendors will be accepted. No alcoholic or food sales are permitted.
Applications will be accepted up to the event. Successful applicants will be notified asap.
Hours of Operation
2024 Hours available hours of operation:
Friday June 28th: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
Saturday June 29th: 11:00am – 11:00pm
Sunday June 30th: 11:00am –11:00pm
Monday July 1st: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Hours can vary depending when you are wanting to be set up. Ball teams begin play on the diamonds at DND at 8:00 am, but the beverage gardens do not begin serving until 11:00am.
