Funtastic is a mixed slo-pitch tournament, 5 men – 5 women OR 6 men – 4 women on the field at all times. In Vernon we run 2 different co-ed tournaments at the same time: a guaranteed 4 Game tournament and a guaranteed 6 Game tournament. Within each tournament we try to group teams based on their ability. Because of the nature of Funtastic, costumes are encouraged and rewarded. There are about 60 costume teams each year. Prizes will be given to best-costumed teams as well as most sportsmanlike teams. We of course still give prizes to the teams that win their division.
If you are uncertain how to classify your team’s ability use the following guidelines, and rate your team on a scale of 1-8. Please contact the Funtastic office for any additional information with registration.
We make it easy. You can pay through PayPal for both your registration and music wristbands online at the time you register. You can register and pay on-line (click on the registration link). If you prefer to register by mail/fax simply fill out this form and send it to us along with payment. Funtastic is a mixed slo-pitch tournament, 5 men – 5 women OR 6 men – 4 women on the field at all times. The minimum age for players is 16. The minimum age to enter the Beverage Garden is 19.
6 games playoffs are on Monday. Check the scoreboards for exact time and location.
4 game playoffs start on Sunday. Check the scoreboards for exact time and location.
Teams may purchase up to 18 wristbands at special team pricing of $30 each for the weekend, in advance or when you check in and register. If you need more than 18, wristbands are available at the regular retail price for the entire weekend. We also have no-charge wristbands so you can enjoy a beverage up to 6pm without having to pay for a wristband.
PLAYERS PLEASE NOTE: PLAYER MUST PROVIDE VALID GOVERNMENT ID (THIS IS A 19+ EVENT).
ALL PLAYERS from teams that have pre-purchased Wristbands must be of 19 years of age or older and show valid ID at the registration tent to pick up their wristband. Wristbands are NON TRANSFERABLE.
VALID ID must be kept on your person at all times when in OKANAGAN SPRINGS BEVERAGE GARDENS.
Registration & Cancellation Policy:

Your Team is NOT on the schedule until your entry is paid in full. We will hold your registration for 72 hours until payment is received, after which your entry will be automatically deleted. Please contact our offices if you have any questions on registration and/or wristband payment.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH! You may contact our office with your registration and credit card information if you prefer.
Make sure to review your registration form to ensure it is properly filled out and make sure all your info is correct. Funtastic is a First-come, First-serve basis. Teams will be registered and scheduled immediately through our online program.
