2026 Grant Application

Funtastic Sports Society is proud to support local organizations through its Community Grant Program, part of our ongoing mission of building a better community through sport. Funded through the annual Funtastic Slo-Pitch Tournament & A&W Music Festival, the program provides support to non-profit sport, recreation, and community initiatives across Greater Vernon. As we celebrate over 40 years of giving back—contributing more than $2.7 million since 1985—we continue to invest in projects that promote participation, accessibility, and community impact.

The Funtastic Sports Society accepts written requests for funding by form submission, email, or by mail (download PDF form here).

Submission deadline: End of day, May 31, 2026

Mailed submissions: Must be postmarked no later than May 29, 2026

Final reviews by the Community Grant Committee will take place in early June 2026. Applications will be considered as funds permit. Grant recipients will be announced on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the Funtastic Slo-Pitch & Music Festival.
