The Funtastic Festival marketplace brings together local makers, artists, and retailers in one of the most active areas on site. Merchant vendor applications are now open for a four-day event that connects your products with tens of thousands of festivalgoers throughout the Funtastic weekend.
The Funtastic Sports Society’s Slo-Pitch & Music Festival is the largest event of its kind in Canada, welcoming more than 30,000 attendees over four days. The merchant vendor area is centrally located on the main festival site and is a consistently busy and popular destination for guests.
Merchant Vendor Fee: $500 for the four-day event.
Available Hours of Operation:
Friday, June 26: 5:00pm – 1:00am
Saturday, June 27: 11:00am – 1:00am
Sunday, June 28: 11:00am – 1:00am
Monday, June 29: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Vendors are encouraged to bring their own tables and chairs; however, tables and chairs can be provided by Funtastic if requested in advance. Only approved vendors will be accepted. Food and alcohol sales are not permitted in the merchant vendor area. Hours may vary depending on setup needs. Ball teams begin play at DND Sports Grounds at 8:00 am; however, beverage gardens open at 11:00 am. Vehicle access inside the beverage gardens is not permitted between 11:00 am and 1:00 am
