Funtastic Festival wouldn’t be the same without great food. Food vendor registration is currently open for a high-energy weekend serving thousands of athletes, families, and music fans from across the region. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your menu, connect with the community, and be part of one of Vernon’s most anticipated summer events.
The Funtastic Sports Society’s Slo-Pitch & Music Festival is the largest event of its kind in Western Canada, welcoming over 30,000 attendees across four days. The centrally located food vendor area is a busy, high-traffic hub throughout the festival.
Applications Close: February 28th, 2026.
Food Vendor Fee: $1,500 for the four-day event.
Load-In: Thursday, June 25, 2026, between 2:00pm and 7:00pm.
(Vendors unable to load in during this time should not apply)
Hours of Operation:
Friday, June 26: 5:00pm – 1:00am
Saturday, June 27: 11:00am – 1:00am
Sunday, June 28: 11:00am – 1:00am
Monday, June 29: 11:00am – 5:00pm
*All vendors must meet BC Health Temporary Food Service Regulations and display a valid BC Temporary Food Concession Permit. Vendor details will be shared with the Health Department, and inspections may occur in advance. Booths must comply with BC electrical, building, and fire codes, including CAN/ULC-S1254 standards, and carry $2 million in liability insurance. Vendors who do not meet these requirements will not be connected to services and will not receive a refund.
