Schedule:

Funtastic is a mixed slo-pitch tournament, with 6 men and 4 women on the field at all times. In Vernon, we host two co-ed tournaments simultaneously: a guaranteed 4-game format and a guaranteed 5-game format. Within each tournament, teams are grouped by skill level to ensure balanced and competitive play.

Costumes are a big part of the Funtastic experience and are encouraged—there are typically around 60 costume teams each year. Prizes are awarded for best costumes and sportsmanship, alongside awards for teams that come out on top in their divisions.

Please review your registration form carefully to ensure all information is accurate before submitting. Funtastic operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and teams are registered and scheduled immediately through our online system.

Cancellation Policy:

A $100 cancellation fee will apply to any team that withdraws before June 1. After June 1, all registration fees are non-refundable.

A $25 fee will be charged for any team name changes.

Okanagan Restoration Services Costume Division:

  • Get Dressed! Okanagan Restoration Services and Funtastic challenge all teams to get creative.
  • Spend What You Want. Go big or keep it simple—just have fun with it.
  • Win Prizes! Great prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams—creativity counts.
  • Get Inspired. Think outside the box and bring your best ideas to life.
  • Have Fun! That’s what Funtastic is all about.

Prizes will be awarded Sunday at 4:30 PM in the Beverage Garden.

Rules:

Funtastic is a mixed slo-pitch tournament, with 6 men and 4 women on the field at all times. The minimum age for players is 16, and the Beverage Garden is restricted to those 19 and over after 7:00 PM.

Playoff Times
4-game playoffs begin Sunday or Monday, while 5-game playoffs take place on Monday. Please check the scoreboards for exact times and field locations.

Pre-Purchasing Wristbands:

Teams may purchase up to 18 wristbands in advance at a special team rate of $45 each for the weekend. Wristbands purchased on-site are $60 each. Additional wristbands beyond the initial 18 are available at regular retail pricing.

Complimentary (no-charge) wristbands are also available, allowing access to the Beverage Gardens until 7:00 PM without a paid wristband.

Player Notice:

This is a 19+ event. All players must present valid government-issued ID.

Players from teams that have pre-purchased wristbands must be 19 years of age or older and show valid ID at the registration tent to receive their wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable.

*Valid ID must be kept on your person at all times while in the Beverage Gardens.
